Sunday, December 6th Mr Daniels and Mr Goldberg will be conducting a Merit Badge class for Citizenship in the World (Eagle required)The class will be held in the Troop Room from 2:00 - 4:00.

All Scouts wishing to take this class should bring pen & paper and have a copy of the Merit Badge Book and the Merit Badge Worksheet (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD WORKSHEET)

Please read the Merit Badge book and fill out as much of the worksheet as you are able before the class.

We need a design for the 2010 Troop 1 T-Shirt Give your ideas to Mr Hart or Mr Leithner by Jan 4st. We are looking for either original artwork or a good idea that we can get made into a T-shirt design. Feel free to incorporate existing troop 1 logos into your design. Designs done on a computer may be e-mailed to scoutmaster@troop1tulsa.com

Also, anyone with Photoshop skills is welcome to submit an image to be used at the top of the website. (Image needs to be 900x125 pixels) email images to webmaster@troop1tulsa.com

Payments that need to be made to Troop 1 may now be made online!

Popcorn payments, Dues, Friends of Scouting, Camping fees, Jamboree payments and donations may now be made online.

If you are organizing an event that requires payment (Summer Camp, Philmont, Canoe Trip, etc) a payment option has been added to the online registration option on the calendar.

Online payments will be charged a 5% fee above the actual costs of an event to cover the Paypal fees and to help offset the costs of the website.

If you wish to have an item added to the list of payment options or to have online payments added to an event, please contact the Webmaster (webmaster@troop1tulsa.com)

November has five Sundays and that means Troop 1 will serve as ushers for the 11:00 am worship service at First Presbyterian Church. We have done this ongoing service project as a small way to thank the church for its sponsorship and support. Because many Scouts will be traveling with their families during this holiday weekend, we are asking every scout to consider this optional service project to ensure we have enough guys to cover all the doors.
